The biggest being the time she saw a woman and infant zombie and chose to spare their lives although her better judgement had been otherwise stated. Once again although I agree she is definitely not stable I believe her not to be a sociopath, but a woman with violent tendencies. I think this because she had a reason to do all the crazy things she had done... Pride! Lady Catherine had insulted her training and challenged her with her all-knowing and Japan-trained ninjas. At this point Catherine had said that her ninjas would show NO mercy, Elizabeth blindfolded herself and told lady Catherine that she didnt intend to show mercy either.
