A while back I found this website called Gelaskins that sells PC and Mac laptop covers. They also do iPod and phone covers. They are removable and reusable, making the prices a little easier to stomach.

Anyway, I bought my sister a laptop cover for her new Macbook. It is a beautiful, whimsical portrait of a bookshelf, and the kind of bookshelf we should all have. Check out the link for yourself..make sure you take a minute and really look at it closely. If you click the laptop the picture itself will pop up in greater detail.

I love love love this image and actually asked the artist Colin Thompson if I could use it on my site. The answer was a no, due to copyright reasons I don’t quite understand.
